Delivery Terms


1) Within mainland Singapore only
2) During operating hours only
3) NO DELIVERY on Sunday and/or Public Holiday
4) Services on Sunday/Public Holiday is subjected to an additional surcharge
5) A minimum of $200.00 is required for each delivery & services, otherwise delivery charge applies
6) Delivery/Set-Up not within our operating hours is subjected to an additional surcharge


1) Price quoted are in Singapore Dollar & subject to change without prior notice.
2) Payment must be made in full upon ordering. (Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable)


Mode of Payment:
1) Paypal
i) Click on [additional 4% will be levied to the total cost]
ii) Key in our Invoice No. & Amount payable
iii) You will then be re-directed to Paypal log-in page for payment

2) Cheque
i) Kindly issue your cheque to 'BALLOON BARON SPECIALTIES'
ii) Mail your cheque with our Invoice No. written at the back & mail it to Balloon Baron Specialties
iii) We will contact you via telephone/e-mail to confirm receipt of your payment & arrange for delivery

3) Cash/NETS
    i) Available for in-store payment/purchase 


1) We will email you an invoice upon receiving your order request
2) You may then make your payment through one of our payment methods
3) Delivery will be arranged within 5 working days prior to receipt of your payment.
For urgent requirements, kindly arrange for self-collection during our opening hours

Delivery Schedule:
10am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)
10am - 12pm (Saturday)


Additional Surcharge:
20% or minimum of $60.00 (whichever is higher) for jobs/delivery not within our operating hours
i.e.   on Sunday and/or Public Holiday and/or Early Morning/Late set-up/delivery
